How I got here
If you had met me 28 years ago...
You would have known I was a teenage mom with a dream to raise my child with love, compassion and strength.... little did I know that my experience would inspire others so much that they asked me to help them bring their babies into this world. All this before I knew what a Doula was.

Since then I have supported hundreds of families with birth, infant care, car seat safety and as a nanny.

Birth is where I keep being lead back to, and this is why:

Doula Package

Prenatal
In our sessions together we will cover & strengthen your understanding and confidence in pregnancy and birth. We will work on your ability to embrace your inner knowing, building trust within yourself, your partner (if you have one) your baby and any older siblings.

You can expect to meet with me 2-4 times before your baby is born.
Birth
Birth can take many hours or even days!
I am here to help you normalize your feelings, make you comfortable and assist you in navigating your labour for how ever you need.
​
I also work diligently to have partners stand in their power to hold the space for this experience. Partners are an integral role in birth, and I am here to make them look good doing it.
The Early Days
I help to normalize the days after birth. From breastfeeding, to body aches and pains and emotional well-being, I can physically support and am also a phone call away.
​
Our working relationship typically ends around the 3 week mark, however, I love staying in touch with families throughout the toddler years and beyond.
